Step 1: Tap the + sign on the app and select SN/Scan. | ![]() |
Step 2: The app will show some options for you to add the device you want. In this case, we will choose to add the device by | ![]() |
Step 3: Now the QR code scanning interface shows up, you can scan the QR code of the device or select the option to input manually by entering all numbers. | ![]() |
Step 4: Now you can check the scanned serial number (if you scan) or input the serial number (if you enter them manually), and then, choose Next. | ![]() |
Step 5: Choose the correct device to proceed. For example: – If you have a network (IP) system, you can select NVR. – Or if you have an analogue system, you will select DVR/XVR. – Or if you have an intercom, you will select VTO. | ![]() |
Step 6: Now you can check to make sure all information of the device to match with the physical product, then you can input your own password (only if you are setting up this device by yourself from the start). And then, select Save. *Note: At Trantech, our engineers will always give you a note of account and password if we set up the system for you. | ![]() |
Step 7: Now you can see all footages at Liveview interface. *Note: sometimes if you cannot be transferred to the Liveview interface you may need to confirm the time zone and DST (if necessary). So, if you are in Australia, please select the right time zone if Australia. | ![]() |
Step 8: After the device is added successfully, the live view will be displayed. | ![]() |
Step 9: Now you can freely go back to dashboard to have more controls/ more options of other devices. | ![]() |
